Sadie has over 25 years of experience in the media and entertainment industry setting up her first business, a marketing agency aged 26. In 2017 she founded the Rise – Women in Broadcast group and has been awarded the Women in Business Champion of Change and IABM Shining Star for her work on gender diversity.
Her global PR, marketing and events company Bubble, is well connected in the media and entertainment sectors and Sadie identified a gap in the market for a marketing network and MLC was born. A keen traveller, Sadie is trying to go to 50 countries before she is 50 and would like to spend more time on the golf course.
Lisa has over 20 years’ experience working within high profile member focused institutions, including Birmingham Chamber of Commerce, The Fire Protection Association and more recently IABM (International Association for Broadcast and Media)
Lisa has been involved in various re-brand projects, new product/service launches, implementing CRM systems and delivering and organising some fantastic events.
Lisa is regular participant and moderator within industry panels. She is also a Board Member for RISE and Trade Association Forum.
Tiffany has many years experience as an Executive Assistant and Events Organiser working with companies such as Hootsuite.
Anne-Louise Buick is Vice President, Global Revenue Marketing at Avid, leading worldwide field, channel and demand marketing functions driving marketing impact on revenue as well as channel engagement. Prior to joining Avid, Anne-Louise was Head of Media Marketing and Communications at Ericsson, overseeing all marcomms activities for their Media Solutions business. Having worked within the broadcast technology space for over 20 years, Anne-Louise has held senior marketing positions; at IP video technology manufacturer Exterity, where she was responsible for global marketing and communications strategy; a specialist Pay TV subscriber management company and consulted on niche digital archive monetization projects.
During the past decade, Ben has played a key role in some of the most complex and progressive file-based media solutions and projects in the industry and gained a wealth of experience around file-formats, workflow and the convergence of broadcast and IT. At Arvato Systems, Ben acts as an interface between the market and the product teams, identifying technological and workplace trends, and working with product management to ensure products and solutions meet current and future needs. Before joining Arvato Systems, Ben was Director of Marketing at Dalet, responsible for all worldwide marketing activities while also focused on the creation and delivery of the lifecycle plan for the features and functionality of the Dalet AmberFin transcoding platform. Previously, Ben was Harmonic’s Solutions Marketing Manager following a number of technical marketing positions at Omneon before its acquisition by Harmonic. Ben holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music & Sound Recording (Tonmeister) from the University of Surrey.
Jon joined Signiant as Chief Marketing Officer in 2017, bringing 20+ years of experience in launching and growing software companies. Jon was a pioneer in SaaS, helping launch OpenAir in 1999, one of the first B2B SaaS offerings which was acquired by NetSuite in 2008 (and later Oracle) and remains a leader in its category today. Jon also led the launch of where.com, a SaaS platform for mobile location aware advertising, which was acquired by Paypal in 2011. Jon was Chief Marketing officer at Scratch Wireless from launch through acquisition and then founded and ran a consulting firm called Digital Jolt to offer part-time CMO services to early stage technology companies. Jon began his career as a software engineer and brings a strong technical and analytical background to his work at Signiant. He has a B.Sc. in Mathematics from Allegheny College and a Masters from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
As a Media and Entertainment marketer since 2001, Ellen specializes in marketing breakthrough technologies that transform industries. Throughout her career at Avid, Autodesk, NewTek, and Unity, she’s led the successful launch and product marketing for solutions across the broadcast, live production, sports, film + television, CG animation, and AR/VR markets. These range from hardware and professional services to SaaS and cloud — inside 24/7/365 mission-critical operations, or embedded in half a billion smartphones. Today she develops marketing strategies at Unity to educate M&E creators, IP holders, and studios about the future of production in real-time 3D.
Dan Goldstein is the Chief Marketing Officer at AVIXA, the Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association.
With more than three decades of media, events, and marcomms experience in roles across Europe, Asia, and North America, Dan has been an award-winning B2B and B2C editor, communications officer, and advertising campaign director.
Dan’s areas of marketing expertise include the cultivation of messaging sympathetic to different languages and business cultures, the management of global brand and sub-brand platforms, and the monetization of content marketing.
He is a modern CMO who is comfortable working across the enterprise C-suite. Dan’s department within AVIXA is responsible for the company’s brand, audience development, content creation, tech innovation, and market intelligence functions.
Neil Maycock is CMO for Grass Valley and is part of the Grass Valley executive management team, responsible the company’s advanced portfolio of broadcast ecosystem solutions and driving its global market leadership.
Neil has extensive industry expertise built up from over 25 years’ working in senior positions for some of the most innovative and transformational technology companies in the broadcast industry. These include the position of EVP & General Manager at Snell Advanced Media and prior to this he served as President of the Americas at Pro-Bel. He has a history of successfully leading companies through mergers and acquisition, building brands in complex broadcast markets.
Neil’s expertise in leading the transformation of major broadcast technology brands is underpinned by his deep technology expertise and solid foundation in the broadcast and professional video market.
Neil holds a BSc in Electronic Engineering from the University of Essex and is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the IET.
